Scope

This policy applies to the Type Safe independent AI decision-model directory, its account features, Agent Lab, submissions, support tickets, and related pages. External provider websites linked from the directory apply their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile image, authentication records, and email-verification state.
• Submission and support data: directory suggestions, correction requests, ticket messages, source links, and files you choose to attach.
• Service and security data: request time, IP address, browser and device information, error records, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Preferences: language, theme, and session cookies needed to operate the site.
• Agent Lab input: prompts, language, and a session identifier needed to process an Agent Lab conversation.

Do not include API keys, passwords, confidential records, or unnecessary personal data in a submission, ticket, or Agent Lab prompt.

How we use information

We use the minimum data needed to provide accounts, verify email ownership, moderate submissions, answer tickets, secure the service, diagnose failures, remember preferences, and improve directory quality. Submitted resources remain unpublished until editorial review.

Service providers and data sharing

Infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, analytics, storage, and Agent Lab may rely on configured service providers. They process data only for the relevant service function and under their own terms. Type Safe does not sell personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users and the service. External links do not send Type Safe account data to a provider, though the destination site may collect data when you open it.

Retention and security

Account, ticket, and moderation records are kept while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations. Security measures include encrypted transport, access controls, server-side secrets, and limited administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can update basic profile information in account settings. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, create a support ticket and describe the request. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Cookies

Essential cookies support authentication, language, and site preferences. Optional analytics or customer-support tools run only when configured by the site operator. Browser controls can limit cookies, but essential account features may stop working.
